Spain on top, as it has been for years. The US and Australia swap second and third depending on the year, and in 2023 the US took it. Nearly half of all UK emigrants to OECD countries picked one of these three.

Emigration of Spanish citizens (to OECD countries) was 80,000 in 2023. ~18% went to Germany, 13% to the Netherlands, and 12% to France.
Emigration of US citizens (to OECD countries) was 104,000 in 2023. ~13% went to Spain, 10% to the United Kingdom, and 10% to Canada.
Emigration of Australian citizens (to OECD countries) was 22,000 in 2023. ~24% went to New Zealand, 19% to the United Kingdom, and 16% to the United States.
