I’m Ariel—a U.S.-licensed therapist and expat—and I offer therapeutic services for expats ready to reconnect with themselves. ✨ 1:1 Session — “Reset & Realign” (60 minutes)

A focused, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. In this session, we explore what’s coming up for you emotionally, uncover patterns or blocks, and begin gently shifting your mindset and responses. You’ll leave with more clarity, emotional grounding, and practical tools to help you move forward feeling more like yourself again.

🌿 Intake — “The Deep Dive Session” (75–90 minutes)

If this is our first time working together, I recommend we start here. This session is where we really get to know you. We explore your story, your current challenges, patterns, relationships, and what’s brought you to this point. This session allows me to fully understand your emotional landscape so we can create a personalized approach moving forward. You’ll also gain insight into what’s been holding you back and where we’re headed together.

🤍 Couples Session — “Connection & Communication” (90 minutes)

A guided space for couples to slow down, communicate more effectively, and truly hear one another. We work through patterns, miscommunication, and emotional disconnection while building tools for healthier, more supportive interaction. This space is especially supportive for couples navigating life abroad—whether you moved together, one partner relocated for the other, or your relationship began while living overseas. Major transitions like these can shift identity, roles, and emotional needs in ways that are hard to fully understand or communicate. Together, we gently explore those shifts, helping each partner feel seen, validated, and supported while strengthening connection, trust, and emotional safety within the relationship.

🌸 4-Session Package

This package pertains to the individual Rest & Realign (50-60 minute) sessions. A short-term container to gain clarity, begin processing key challenges, and start reconnecting with yourself. Ideal if you’re feeling stuck and need support getting back on track.

🌸 6-Session + Deep-Dive Intake Package

This package pertains to the individual Rest & Realign (50-60 minute) and the Deep-Dive Intake (75-90 minute) sessions. A deeper space to work through patterns, rebuild self-trust, and strengthen emotional resilience. This allows for more consistent support and meaningful shifts in how you think, feel, and respond.

🌸 12-Session + Deep-Dive Intake Package

This package pertains to the individual Rest & Realign (50-60 minute) and the Deep-Dive Intake (75-90 minute) sessions. A full journey of deeper emotional work and lasting change. Together, we unpack and overcome long-standing patterns, rebuild confidence, and create a strong internal foundation so you can move through life feeling aligned, grounded, and fully yourself again.
