What's free, the optional planning subscription, and paying trusted partners
The free resources cost nothing
Most of LottaLingo is free and always will be. You pay nothing to use:
- The research and city-matching tools
- Checklists for visas, documents, and the move
- Country and visa guides
- Language assessments
- Webinars
The planning subscription
The only thing you pay LottaLingo for is an optional planning subscription, billed securely through Stripe. It unlocks:
- A personalized action plan for your move
- A gap analysis showing what you still need to do
- A document vault to store everything in one place
- Application and timeline tracking
The subscription is a flat monthly fee with no hidden charges. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Paying trusted partners
Our trusted-partner directory lists independent specialists we know and recommend. LottaLingo does not handle their payments:
- You contact and pay each partner directly, off-platform
- Each partner sets their own rates and terms
- We don't take a cut, schedule sessions, or process those payments
- Any partner fees, invoices, or refunds are strictly between you and that partner
Payment Security
Your subscription payment information is protected by:
- SSL encryption for all transactions
- PCI DSS compliance standards
- Secure payment processing through Stripe
- No storage of card details on our servers
If you cancel your subscription, any refund (where applicable) is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
