Your planning subscription is month-to-month and easy to cancel:

Cancel anytime from your account settings
There's no cancellation fee and no minimum term
You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for
Your saved documents and plan remain in your account if you resubscribe later

Any refund on a subscription charge, where applicable, is returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Arrangements with a trusted partner are made directly with them, not through LottaLingo:

To cancel or reschedule work with a partner, contact that partner directly
Their cancellation and refund terms are set by them, not us
If a partner isn't responsive or something goes wrong, let us know via contact so we can review who we recommend
