How Many English Language Proficiency Exams are There?

I got curious today and wanted to see how many English language proficiency exams actually exist, turns out Wikipedia (take everything with a grain of salt) compiles a master list!

There are 121 distinct tests of English language proficiency, and if you de-dupe by organization I count 56 exam "providers."
