The report estimates that 11,000 Israeli citizens left for other OECD countries in 2023, up 9% from the year before.

The US takes a third of Israeli emigrants. Germany at #2 reflects deep historical ties and a growing Israeli community in Berlin. North America combined (US + Canada) accounts for 42%.

Emigration of US citizens (to OECD countries) was 104,000 in 2023. ~13% went to Spain, 10% to the United Kingdom, and 10% to Canada.

Emigration of German citizens (to OECD countries) was 145,000 in 2023. ~18% went to Switzerland, 14% to Austria, and 13% to Poland.

Emigration of Canadian citizens (to OECD countries) was 39,000 in 2023. ~48% went to the United States, 8% to Mexico, and 7% to the United Kingdom.
